Here are your EPL Week 4 Predictions. The tipsters Betmeister (BM) and Little Sidekick (LS) are neck and neck as we continue to go head to head with football predictions throughout the 2013-14 English Premier League football season. Currently, the wily Lawro is ahead of the pack.
EPL Week 3 predictions saw Arsenal thwart Tottenham’s bid to lead the table and Liverpool overcome Manchester United, both by virtue of 1-0 home wins. Manchester City returned to winning ways as expected and that was one of the very few results BM got right!
Manchester United v Crystal Palace betting preview
David Moyes has brought in a quality midfield recruit in Marouane Fellaini and will be expecting to see him part of a team that should dominate Saturday’s opposition. However, Crystal Palace have shown that they are no easy-beats and will be relishing the challenge of Old Trafford. Having done good business on transfer deadline day, Palace should be stronger but it is hard to see them get much better than a share of the points here.

Stoke v Manchester City betting preview
Stoke are exceeding the expectations of many pundits already and are back where they perform best – The Britannia. Man City surely cannot harbour realistic title hopes if they drop more points in this game and Manuel Pellegrini may suddenly find himself in the running for the chop if they do.
Betting predictions: 2-2 (BM), 0-2 (LS). Click on prediction to go to site with the best odds.
Aston Villa v Newcastle betting preview
Villa need to get their season back on track after their stunning first match of the season against Arsenal. And Newcastle look to be just the team that they will want to play to do that. The Magpies have scored just one in three and the Geordie natives are getting restless. Belgian striker Benteke will look to capitalise on Saturday and only a solid performance from Newcastle will do if they are to get out of this with anything.

Fulham v West Brom betting preview
Form would suggest a Cottagers win given their love of playing at home. West Brom have start this season in the starkest contrast to the last and have yet to score a goal, yet Fulham couldn’t get near scoring against Newcastle. This one is ripe for a change of fortune and it could well come in the form of star striker Dimitar Berbatov. He is a class act and should lead the team to a win here.

Hull v Cardiff betting preview
A difficult to predict outcome is this clash of the promoted clubs. Cardiff were stunning against Manchester City but that was at home and Hull managed to grind out a result playing with 10 men against Norwich. LS thinks Cardiff will have too much for Hull at the KC whilst BM can’t separate the teams.
Betting predictions: 2-2 (BM), 1-2 (LS). Click on prediction to go to site with the best odds.
Sunderland v Arsenal betting preview
The arrival of Mesut Ozil is the big focus of this match, as the Gunners look to have profited from Gareth Bale going to Real Madrid in a roundabout way. This guy is worth every penny and Arsenal will be looking to run riot over a currently shambolic Sunderland. The Black Cats are still without a win and this could get ugly for Paolo Di Canio unless he can inspire his team to a much improved performance.
Betting predictions: 1-3 (BM), 0-2 (LS). Click on prediction to go to site with the best odds.
Tottenham v Norwich betting preview
If Spurs are going to show that they have what it takes to get into the top four this season, this is a match they simply must win. Norwich have enjoyed success at White Hart Lane in recent times and Saturday will reveal a lot about Tottenham’s progress. With an expensively assembled new set of players, Spurs do look strong on paper and need to score their first goal from open play. With all the expectation on the home team, things could play into the Canaries’ hands again.
Betting predictions: 2-0 (BM), 3-0 (LS). Click on prediction to go to site with the best odds.
Everton v Chelsea betting preview
Chelsea visit Everton and having started striker-less against Man United, it will be interesting to see how Chelsea go into this match against the Toffees. Mourinho seems to still set up his team ‘not to lose’, but now he has Samuel Eto’o in his team, the Cameroonian will surely get the nod start ahead of Torres and Ba. Opening his account with a goal would be no surprise for a man of his star quality.
Everton are arguably stronger than before the transfer window despite the sale of Fellaini but they needed to be. Jelavic will be left to be the main source of goals but he has hardly been prolific of late.

Southampton v West Ham betting preview
Both of these teams have identical records so far but the Hammers are looking weak in attack at the moment. The Saints on the other hand have England striker Rickie Lambert and have added record signing Pablo Osvaldo to the team. They look good and should push for a win at home.
Betting predictions: 2-1 (BM), 1-1 (LS). Click on prediction to go to site with the best odds.
Swansea v Liverpool betting preview
Swansea host top-of-the-league Liverpool and will look to test whether they are in a ‘false position’. Surely another win for the Reds would have them as realistic title contenders given that Luis Suarez is still to come back? It is hard to see a way past the Liverpool defence but the Swans will be pushing for a home win.
